Viewing Records on a mobile device

Users can collect data using their mobile devices and view them on desktop or on mobile devices.

To view Records on your mobile device, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your ActivityInfo account using your mobile device.
  2. Click on the Database that contains the Form and Records you want to view.
  3. Click on the Form that contains the Records you want to view.

  1. The Form opens in Table View by default, and it displays two columns at a time.
    Alternatively, if you are on a tablet, you can switch to Desktop mode by toggling the bar at the top.
  1. Click on the Record you want to view.
  2. You can view the Details of the Record, add Records to the Subforms related to that Record (if available) or edit the Record.
  3. Use the navigation of your device to go back.
  1. If needed, customize the displayed columns by clicking on "Columns" and selecting the two columns you wish to view.
    Click on "X" to go save the changes and go back to the Table View.
  1. If needed, use filters to narrow down the list of Records by clicking on the “Filter” button and selecting the “Edited on this device” filter. This way only the records you added through this device are displayed (if any).
    Click “Clear filter” to go back to the Table view that displays to full list of records.
