• AI-2322 FIXED: User with manage users permission should not be able to edit his/her own permissions
• AI-2328 FIXED: User with access to specific folders should not be able to add users to the entire database
• AI-2329 FIXED: User with access to specific folders should not be able to change permissions of inherited users
• AI-2334 FIXED: Locks are not correctly applied to weekly and fortnightly fields in some circumstances
